1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses nksfindia.com, operated by the NihonSiki Karate and Sports Federation India (“NKSF”, “we”, “us”), Mumbai, Maharashtra. By using the site, creating an account, booking a trial class or buying the digital book, you agree to them.

2. Accounts

• Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or to share paid content.

3. Trial classes and training

• A trial class request is an enquiry; the dojo will confirm the time and place with you.
• Karate is a physical activity. Tell the instructor about any medical condition or injury before training.
• Students under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent to train and to use the site.
• Follow dojo etiquette and the instructor’s safety directions at all times.

4. The digital NKSF Karate Training Book

• The book is a digital product read in your dashboard. You must be signed in to buy it. No physical copy is shipped and there is no PDF download or print option.
• You pay ₹2,000 by scanning the NKSF UPI QR code (no payment gateway) and then submit your UPI transaction/reference ID.
• We check the reference against our bank/UPI statement and mark the order Paid or Rejected. The book unlocks only after it is marked Paid.
• One UPI reference can unlock one account only, and an account that already owns the book cannot pay for it again.
• Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book in your account. Pages are watermarked with your email. Copying, sharing your login, reselling or distributing pages is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended.
• If your payment was rejected but money was debited, contact us on 9869412804 or nksf.india.hq@gmail.com with your payment receipt. Refunds are handled manually on request.

5. Content and intellectual property

All text, photographs, logos, videos and book content on this site belong to NKSF or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not reuse our photos, logo or book content without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, attempt to break into accounts or the admin area, upload harmful code, or scrape content. We may block access that puts the site or other users at risk.

7. Liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, including dojo timings and event dates, but these can change. Please confirm with the dojo before travelling. To the extent allowed by law, NKSF is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
